Industries We Serve
Built for the Work That Demands Precision
We build custom automation for manufacturers across a wide range of industries. The markets below are a sample of where we work, not the limit of what we build.
From catheters and insulin delivery systems to diagnostic kits, implantables, and the connectors and tubing that tie them together, we build the precision automation behind life science manufacturing. Assembly, dispensing, sealing, welding, and inspection, engineered to the tolerances your product demands and the volumes your production needs.
You know your product and your process better than anyone. Our job is to turn it into a machine that runs, and to stay with you from design reviews through installation and ramp-up. When your program requires it, we support validation as well, with equipment built for IQ/OQ and 21 CFR Part 11 electronic records, so you have a partner through that effort instead of a vendor who hands off at the dock.
Consumer spans electrical connectors and wiring devices, wearables and small electronics, household and personal products, and the countless everyday goods built from small, precise components. What ties them together is scale: automation that runs at rates exceeding 250 parts per minute and holds it across hundreds of millions of cycles.
If a product is made of small components that have to be assembled, joined, and verified at volume, chances are we've built the machine for something like it. We start from your part and your target rate and engineer a system that fits your line and your cost per part, then stay with it through installation, ramp-up, and the life of the program.
Electronics manufacturing lives at small scale and high count. Connectors, contacts, terminals, sensors, and the sub-assemblies inside finished electronic products all demand precise handling and placement, repeated millions of times without drift. We've built that class of automation for decades, where a few thousandths of misalignment separates a good part from scrap.
From feeding and placement through electrical and functional test, we design systems around your part geometry, your cycle time, and the quality data you need to capture. We work alongside your engineers from first samples to a machine that holds its numbers on the production floor.
Most of what we build doesn't fit neatly into one market. If you manufacture a product that has to be assembled, formed, joined, or tested at volume, the industry label matters far less than the engineering problem, and the harder or more unusual the application, the more it plays to how we work.
Bring us the part and the problem. We'll tell you straight whether automation makes sense, what it should cost, and how we'd build it, then engineer, fabricate, and support the machine the same way we do for our medical and aerospace customers. No industry gets a second-tier effort.
Aerospace and defense parts are built to exacting specs, with no tolerance for a single bad unit. Fasteners, connectors, pressure sensors and switches, actuators, and precision sub-assemblies carry documentation and traceability requirements that follow the part from raw material to finished good. That is the environment our automation is built for.
We build to the standard the work demands: controlled processes, full data capture, and systems that produce the same result on the thousandth cycle as the first. Our engineers work with yours through design, qualification, and installation, and we stay with the machine long after it is running.
